Eng. MOHAMMED ALJEDANI
FOUNDER & CEO
Founder and CEO – With over 25 years of leadership experience and a proven track record in managing capital projects across various vital sectors, including oil & gas, water, electricity, renewable energy, and technology. His extensive experience spans multiple leadership roles on both the client and contractor sides within the private and semi-government sectors, both locally and internationally.
He has managed major projects at Saudi Aramco as a Project Manager and company representative in collaborations with leading global engineering and contracting firms. He also led Nesma Infrastructure & Technology as Executive Director for Business Development in energy, digital transformation, and smart cities.
He concluded his professional career as the General Manager of Projects for the Western Region at the National Water Company, where he oversaw the strategic planning of water and wastewater project portfolios.
In 2024, he began a new chapter in investment and entrepreneurship as a partner and board member at Crown Hvac Company for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. In 2025, he founded Kumoul Engineering Consultancy with an ambitious goal to enhance specialized engineering services and project management in support of achieving the Kingdom’s Vision, leveraging his extensive professional and leadership experience and wide network across government entities, the private sector, and Public Investment Fund companies.
Eng. Nasser Al-Ajmi
Executive Director
Nasser Al-Ajmi is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in real estate development and innovative design. Leading a dedicated team, he has a rich history of transforming ideas into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. Passionate about design, Nasser is dedicated to bringing creative visions to life. His background includes academic and professional experience in both the United States and Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in architecture, has received several prestigious architectural and engineering awards, and has held multiple executive and administrative positions throughout his career.

Eng. Mamdouh Alutaibi
ICT Consultant
Visionary technology leader with extensive expertise in driving multibillion-dollar ICT and data center projects across diverse sectors, including government, corporate, and civilian industries. Mamdouh is a certified Data Center Expert (DCE) with a proven track record in designing, constructing, and managing cutting-edge facilities, while aligning strategies with emerging technologies and market demands. Adept at delivering transformative solutions, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing complex, high-stakes projects from inception to execution.
In addition to his DCE certification, he is also seasoned in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for Data Center Design, ITIL Foundation, and is proficient in TIA-942, BICSI-TDMM, and ISO 27001 Standards. He brings expertise in Cloud Computing, Edge Data Centers, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure, and is highly skilled in AI-driven DCIM Solutions, IoT Integration, and Sustainable Technologies.
Eng. ROEDOLF MIAS COETZER
FIRE SAFETY AND SECURITY
Roedolf Mias Coetzer is a highly respected specialist with over 30 years of experience in fire protection, safety engineering, and emergency risk management. As a certified expert with a Master’s in Applied Fire Science and extensive international credentials, he has led critical safety initiatives across Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and beyond.
Now serving as the official consultant for fire, safety, and security at our company, Roedolf brings unmatched expertise in regulatory compliance, system design, risk assessment, and emergency planning. His leadership ensures that all projects meet the highest standards of safety, protection, and operational resilience.
